Significant, Transformative Partnerships and Collaborations

The Advisory Committee provides the grassroots base for ArtsBuild Ontario. The member organizations of the Advisory Committee were instrumental in creating ArtsBuild, and it is through their activities and affiliations that ArtsBuild works on behalf of 700+ arts organizations across Ontario.

In addition, we work closely with allied organizations in the culture, public and corporate sectors that share our vision of safe, healthy and adequate arts spaces. Our relationship with our funders is one of partnership, where the research data and new models that we develop are seen as valuable public policy tools.

Collectively we understand that:

  • Developing the sector's capacity for more effective capital project management saves time and money while creating urgently needed facilities.
  • Up-to-date and comprehensive information helps identify needs and priorities.
  • We can find practical, tangible solutions to address the long-standing cultural infrastructure deficit.
